1. Shipping And Delivery
Domestic Shipping:

Local Delivery
- Within 3 Miles: Free Delivery
- Beyond 3 Miles: $10
- Local Pickup: Free
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within
- Local Delivery: 4-6 business days
- Local Pickup: Whenever Customers is ready
- Domestic Delivery: 7-10 Business days (varies on location)
This is excluding public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be provided within 24 hours.
3. Cancellations
- After an order is submitted, cancellations are allowed within 3 days.
4. Returns
- Returns will be accepted within 30 days from original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in its original condition. Some items, such as sale items, are non-refundable. For more information, please visit kkhushicollections.com/refund
5. Delayed Orders
- In the case, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
6. Damaged Orders
- Kkhushi Collections is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. However, we do allow exchanges for damaged products, if possible.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
- The TSA has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportations in the U.S. As such, any unauthorized item requests may need a different method of shipping, and an extra fee of payment.
